Respondents Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant family pension to the petitioner in view of death of her husband N.Raman under Service No.79CR3059, by considering her representation, dated 02.05.2019, within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant family pension to the petitioner in view of death of her husband N.Raman, under Service No.79CR3059, by considering her representation, dated 02.05.2019, within the period to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the petitioner has already filed W.P.(MD)No.14357 of 2012 seeking the very same relief before this Court and this Court, by order dated 21.02.2018, dismissed the said Writ Petition for non-prosecution and now, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition without restoring the earlier Writ Petition. The learned Standing Counsel has also produced a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of the said order before this Court.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in the above said Writ Petition.
