ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/2nd respondent for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No.23041 of 2024, dated 27.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent in pursuance of the directions of this Court has conducted enquiry and submitted a closure report, dated 14.10.2024 and he has also produced the copy of the report.
