O R D E R

The present Writ Petition is directed against the impugned order, dated 05.04.2018 passed by the second respondent and quash the same, consequently directing the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to perform the cultural programme (I.e.) Adal Padal dance Programme on 18.04.2018 at 6.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., in the Festival of Arulmighu Sri Karuppasamy, Sri Ezhu Kannimar Thirukovil at Uthupatti Muthulapuram, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation to the second respondent on 05.04.2018 to grant permission to conduct Aadal Padal programme on 18.04.2018 and the said request was rejected https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without assigning any reasons and hence, he filed the present writ petition.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that no reason has been stated in the order.

5.Considering the submission made by both parties, the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 05.04.2018 is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the second respondent for fresh consideration. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2018 afresh and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 17.04.2018, by taking note of the order passed by this Court in WP (MD)No.7043 of 2018 dated 02.04.2018.
