ORDER

The petitioner wants to conduct certain sports event such as Kabadi.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) pointed out that eventhough the second respondent had already called for certain information from the petitioner, the petitioner is yet to provide the same. A copy of the communication sent by the second respondent was given to the petitioner's counsel. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner thereupon submitted that the petitioner would meet the second respondent tomorrow (ie., 20.06.2019) evening itself and submit all the information sought for. Thereupon, the second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the petition mentioned event.

4.It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions as he deems fit to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.

This Court directs the second respondent to give permission only. This Court not directs the second respondent to grant any police protection. It is for the second respondent to take decision in the matter. 5.The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
