PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned rejection order of the 1st respondent dated 09.02.2026 in respect of work in S.No.6 in Tender Notification No.40/2025-2026/HDO dated 19.01.2026 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to accept the technical bid of the petitioner for the said work and process the same and award the tender to the petitioner.
