ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner,who is arrayed as A-3 in Crime No.7 of 2013 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18446 of 2013 on 25.10.2013.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gone to Kerala for his livelihood and he could not execute sureties and therefore, his second application can be considered again.

4. Since the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court for the very same case, I am of the opinion that the petitioner cannot maintain the second application. However, considering the overt act attributed against the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur, is directed to consider the bail application of this petitioner on the same day of his surrender. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
