ORDER
It is an application by the defaco complainant, seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.140 of 2013.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case was registered in the year 2007 and from then onwards the petitioner had to face the ordeal of the prosecution. 4.In fact, a perusal of Diary extract would go to show that warrant had been pending against the accused Nos.1 to 6 and on instructions, it is represented that Non Bailable Warrant issued against the accused has already been executed and all the accused persons have appeared before the Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Under such circumstances, it may not be difficult for the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.140 of 2013. Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai is directed to dispose of C.C. No.140 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
