This direction petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant police protection to the petitioner's life and the petitioner's cable control room situated at "Dharani Cable TV", No.30/36, Chokkanathapuram, Chinnamanur Post, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to his life and his cable control room through a representation dated 17.03.2015. Now, 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
