ORDER
The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner submitted representations dated 20.10.2020 and 07.12.2020 requesting the police to include the names of one Vadivelu and Naveen in the First Information Report, sofar no action has been taken by the police.
2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that initially the petitioner lodged a complaint mentioning the names of the accused wrongly and now, he wants to correct it.
3.In any event, since the petitioner has submitted subsequent representations dated 20.10.2020 and 07.12.2020, the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
No.29 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police. police is directed to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation, after enquiring the present petitioner. 4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
