ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime No.125 of 2015 and to direct the fourth respondent police to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, a direction may be issued to the fourth respondent to monitor the investigation. 3.Considering the submission made, the second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation to be conducted by the fourth respondent in Crime No.125 of 2015. Further, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
