ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.29 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent to 4th respondent or any other agency for conducting the proper investigation. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation, closed the case as 'mistake of fact' on 16.09.2016.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
