ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) The petitioner seeks for a direction to respondents herein to conduct an enquiry into the affairs of a Trust and to appoint a suitable Administrator to administer the day to day activities and safeguard the properties of the trust on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 01.12.2020.

W.P.(MD)No.5790 of 2021 private Trust is not conducted in accordance with law. The said Trust has not been made as a party to the Writ Petition. Based on vague allegations, no Writ Petition is maintainable, more particularly, against a private Trust. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach appropriate authorities for necessary action.

3.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
