ORDER
The petitioner wants grant of police protection for constructing the petition mentioned temple. The petitioner apprehends trouble at the hands of the fifth respondent. When https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, it is for the petitioner to obtain injunction against the fifth respondent from interfering with the work of carrying on temple construction. If such an injunction order is granted by the civil Court, then the question of granting police protection will arise for enforcing such an injunction order. At this stage, the question of granting police protection in favour of the petitioner as against the fifth respondent does not arise. 2.Leaving open the petitioner's right, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
