This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in P.R.C.No.16 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi against the petitioners. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in P.R.C.No.16 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi has been committed to sessions and the same has been ended in acquittal on 29.10.2015 and nothing survives in this petition.
