To call for the records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence confirmed by the Additional Sessions Court in CA.No.70 of 2018 dated 13.7.2022 convicting the Revision Petitioner in CC.No.182 of 2008 dated 16.5.2018 for the offences U/s.279,338 and 304(A) (2 counts) of IPC to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and to pay a total fine of Rs.11,500/- may be set aside and acquit the revision petitioner.

Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.905 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.734 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.905 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD).
