ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, she attended written examination for the post of Assistant and Personal Clerk, held on 06.08.2017 and she was selected under the Priority Category Destitute Women. Subsequently, she attended the counseling on 11.10.2018. Thereafter, as per direction of the respondent she has produced the No Objection Certificate also. Since there is no progress thereafter, the petitioner made a petition before the Right to Information Act, for which also, there was no response. Hence, she filed an appeal before the appellate authority, where, she received a reply stating that the file was forwarded to the Commission for further action. But no action was taken so far, to issue appointment order to the petitioner. Hence, she made a representation dated 26.02.2019 to the respondent. Since the same same has also not been considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the abovesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered on merits within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the submissions made on either side and considering the limited scope of the prayer sought by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall furnish a copy of the said representation to the respondent along with a copy of this order. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
