ORDER

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 1 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2599 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Madurai. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
