ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to dispose of the appeal presented by the writ petitioner dated 17.10.2025, wherein the legal heir certificate issued by the second respondent is under challenge.
2. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents, the enquiry has been completed and they would pass orders within a period of 4(four) weeks.
