ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.84 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and to quash all further proceedings. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and third respondent, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2/State and perused the records. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The Petitioners are arrayed as A1 to A3 in Crime No.84 of 2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii)IPC.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, a joint compromise memo, dated 17.4.2015 is filed by the Petitioners who has been arrayed as A1 to A3 and the third respondent, who is the defacto complainant, signed by the parties as well as their respective counsels. Perused the nature of the complaint and the Joint Compromise memo filed before this Court. 5.Considering the same, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served in pursuing the crime any further. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed in terms of compromise memo and Crime No.84 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent is quashed. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the order.
