This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondent to complete the investigation of the case in FIR No.100 of 2015 dated 08.03.2015 on the file of the respondent police and to submit final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was closed as mistake of fact on 08.03.2015.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the respondent is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
