O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to modify the condition No.3 imposed in the order dated 07.04.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.831 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram. 2.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.Nos.831 and 832 of 2015 with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10.00 p.m until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner finds difficulty to comply with the condition.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10.00 p.m is modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on every Monday and Thursday at 10.00 a.m until further orders. 6. The petitioner shall furnish sureties within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
