ORDER : The Court made the following order :- For posting obscene and defamatory message in the Face Book, the complaint has been given by the de-facto complainant and a case has been registered against the petitioner for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.31 of 2020. 2.The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the ground that he is hailing from decent family and he has both movable and immovable properties in his native place and has permanent residence of Maviduthikkottai.

CRL OP(MD). No.4289 of 2020 indicate that either his innocence or his good upbringing. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
