ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A1 and he was arrested on 25.03.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(B), 397 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.116 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.03.2015, the petitioner/A1 along with A2 waylaid the de-facto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.600/- at the knife point.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that on 25.03.2015, the petitioner was released on bail, but on the same day, the respondent police has foisted this case against the petitioner. He further submitted that on the same day, two cases have been registered in difference police stations against the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side)appearing for the respondent has vehemently opposed the petition stating that the petitioner is having four previous cases and he is a habitual offender. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
