Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.8, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307, 302 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.75 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 08.03.2015, due to previous enmity, the accused persons murdered the deceased one Duraipandi and caused injuries to one Ulaganathan. On complaint case has been registered for the above said offences. 3.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner along with the other accused murdered the deceased and caused injuries to one Ulaganathan and except the petitioner and A.1, all the other accused were already arrested and still in judicial custody.
