Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant permission to conduct the Kabadi competition conducted by "Visuvai Venpura Kabadi Kuzhu" scheduled on 22.06.2019 at about 08.00 pm., to 23.06.2019 at about 11.00 pm., in the play ground which is situated at Visuvai North, Trichy by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2019.

ORDER

The petitioner wants to conduct a certain sports events such as Kabadi.

2.The second respondent is directed to give permission to the petitioner to hold the said event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate such conditions as he deems fit to ensure smooth and peaceful conduct of the event. This Court only directs the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner. This Court has not directed the second respondent to give any police protection as such.
