Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to carry out the survey of land belonging to the petitioner in S.No.228/11B situated at A.Kalappur Village, Singampunari Taluk by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 26.04.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 26.04.2017 seeking for surveying his land in Survey No.228/11B at A.Kalappur Village, Singampunari Taluk has not been considered by the respondents till date and therefore, has filed the present writ petition.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2017 on its own https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give a copy of his representation dated 26.04.2017 to the second respondent. 4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
