This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.6 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent as against the petitioers. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR in crime No.6 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent has been closed on 30.01.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
