ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners in both the Criminal Original Petitions, who are arrayed as A-1 to A-3 respectively in Crime No.135 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 31.03.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 341 and 307 I.P.C and hence seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapons and caused injuries. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the respondent police and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that in this case, injured had been discharged from hospital.

5. Considering the fact that injured had been discharged from hospital, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, they are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
