ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he is a politician and he is holding the post of District President of the party, namely BJP. Due to some inter politics, one A.Vijayan made a complaint before the second respondent and the same was compromised and withdrawn. While so on 30.01.2025, at about 10.30 p.m, the Sub-Inspector of police, namely, Pradeep and Ramachandran attached with the second respondent came to the petitioner's house and searched the entire house when the petitioner was not in the house. The next day, again the police personnel entered into the prayer room of the petitioner and searched something. When the petitioner question them, without answering, they have searched and thereafter told that they warranted one Sethu @ Yogeswaran. In fact, the petitioner did not know about the above said person. Thereafter, they showed one photo and asked about the Sethu and the petitioner replied that he did not know anything about him. In this regard, the petitioner sent a representation dated 10.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he has filed this petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner sent a representation dated 10.02.2025 and thereafter, when the respondent police called for enquiry, the petitioner himself withdrawn his complaint. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
