ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of the enquiry.
2. According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondents. Due to the money transactions, the third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent and taking advantage of the same, the second respondent frequently called the petitioner for the money dispute and harassed the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation on 19.02.2025 but the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the private respondents, they called the petitioner for enquiry. The petitioner 2/5
without appearing for enquiry filed this petition. However, assure that they will dispose of the enquiry within one week in accordance with law.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the private respondents inclined to dispose of this petition.
5. Since the second respondent admitted the pending representation for consideration and the same is under enquiry and also assured to complete the enquiry within one week, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order in accordance with law on merits.
6. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands 26.02.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR 3/5
