ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner states that she is a B.Com., graduate and she worked as Office Admin and Faculty in C.S.C. Computer Education Centre, Thirunagar, Madurai.

4. The petitioner's case is that a complaint was lodged as against the petitioner's Boss, for non-payment of the amount borrowed by the petitioner's Boss. Based on the signature which was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

obtained from the petitioner without knowing the contents of a Letter, the petitioner states that she is put to harassment by the second respondent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that though a complaint was lodged by a private individual, the same was enquired into and closed as no cognizable offence is made out and the dispute is purely a money transaction. He further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and that therefore, there will not be any harassment to the petitioner.

6. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
