ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(i) of I.P.C. r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Woman Harassment Act, in Crime No.14 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner herein seeking anticipatory bail, alleged to have threaten the de-facto complainant and her husband demanding Rs.2,00,000/- that he will expose the de-facto complainant and her husband about their illegal finance business. 3.From the petition, this Court finds that the petitioner herein is running an association by name Nethaji Subash Chandraboss Welfare Association in Aranthangi. CRL OP(MD). No.4288 of 2020 that he is against the multi level marketing finance business run by the de-facto complainant's husband, according to the petitioner who has cheated several crores.

4.The content of the petition itself indicates that there has been some threat on the part of the petitioner herein, regarding the business of the de-facto complainant's husband, which has prompted to her to give that complaint. The respondent police to investigate the complaint given by the de-facto complaint as well as the counter complaint given by the petitioner herein, granting anticipatory bail will hamper the investigation.

5.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The respondent police is directed to act fairly and proceed, based on the complaint of the petitioner herein also as against the de-facto complainant.
