The matter was listed for hearing on 19.06.2019, when the petitioner was specifically directed to obtain an acknowledgment of service of the application dated 27.10.2017 stated to have been sent to the respondent. Today, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that there is no acknowledgment available and the petition has been handed over in person to the respondent. 2.Mr.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents also confirms on instructions that no such application is available on the file of the respondent. 3.In the aforesaid circumstances, it would suffice that the petitioner be permitted to approach the respondent afresh by way of an application to pursue its interests, in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
