ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and for her family members for their life and limb in pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1and 2 and the learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that it is case and case in counter. respondent who is in India nor the respondents 4 and 5 who are in abroad are indulging in any harassment. The petitioner has also filed a Habeas Corpus Petition.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
