RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT (IN BOTH PETITIONS) Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the absence of the petitioner in abiding the conditions from (17.02.2023 to 20.02.2023) to report before the Tallakulam Police Station in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2254 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023.

PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD) No.3448 of 2023:- To modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2254 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH.S.M.A., Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3447 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the absence of the petitioner to report before the Tallakulam Police Station from 17.02.2023 to 20.02.2023.

2.Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3448 of 2023 to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2254 of 2023, dated 07.02.2023. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on condition to stay at Madurai and report before the Tallakulam Police Station. CRL MP(MD) No.3447 of 2023 also submit that the petitioner has also complying with the conditions regularly. In the meanwhile, the petitioner's mother was affected with cardiac problem and there was nobody to take care of his mother and he had gone to the village to take of his mother and she also without responding to the treatment died on 17.02.2023 and thereby, the present petitions have been filed. 4.Considering the facts and submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are ordered and the absence of the petitioner to report before the Tallakulam Police Station from 17.02.2023 to 20.02.2023 is condoned. The order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2254 of 2023, dated 07.02.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders. sd/- 01/03/2023 / TRUE COPY / /03/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
