O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.375 of 2015 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is the de-facto complainant in Crime No.375 of 2015, which was registered for offences under Sections 395 and 397 of I.P.C. It is stated that the jewels worth about Rs.15,00,000/- were recovered from the accused, remaining jewels unrecovered and final report is yet to be filed because of in action on the part of the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the respondent police has almost completed the investigation and final report will be filed within a period of one month.

5. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.375 of 2015 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
