Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)NO.4263 of 2021:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.28 of 2021, dated 04.02.2021 on the file of the 3rd Respondent and entrust the same to the first respondent for completion of investigation and for filing charge sheet, in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time to complete the investigation and file a final report, as per the order made in Crl.OP(MD)No.4263 of 2021, dated 19.03.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.03.2021, made in Crl.OP(MD)No.4263 of 2021, is extended finally for a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
