ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the respondents Police to register a case against the proposed accused Ganesan, son of Peyandi based on the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 16.03.2015 and investigate the matter and file a report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that a case has been registered in Crime No.48 of 2015 based on the complaint given by the Petitioner.
