This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.249 of 2013 pending on the file of the 1st respondent against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.249 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police has been completed and the respondent laid the charge sheet on 14.12.2014 and the same was not taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
