Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 498(A) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.21 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant. Due to some family dispute, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Based on the complaint, case has been registered against the petitioner for the above said offences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that because of the intervention of the elders of the family, the petitioner and the defacto complainant have compromised out of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is still pending.

5. In view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
