O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.02.2020 pending on the file of the second respondent to any other competent person.

2. Such nature of prayer is not entertained by this Court.

3. The Investigating Officer is present before this Court and he has stated that he is ready to receive a fresh complaint from the petitioner and make a further enquiry, since the petitioner has disputed the contents on her letter, as if she is withdrawing the complaint.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the undertaking given by the Investigating Officer, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent. After receiving the fresh complaint from the petitioner, the second respondent shall enquire the same within a period of one month from the date of fresh complaint of the petitioner. 2/4
