ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner by directing him to furnish sureties or execute bonds.
2. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that notice under Section 110 of the Code of Criminal procedure was served on the petitioner and that the Police did not harass him as alleged by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Mr.V.A.Dhana Aravindha Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that the notice under Section 110 of the Code of Criminal procedure was not served on the petitioner.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Inspector of Police, Jaihindpuram Police Station is directed to serve notice under Section 110 of the Code of Criminal procedure on the petitioner and then take appropriate action against the petitioner.
5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
