ORDER

This revision has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order,, dated 20.11.2021 passed in RCA.No.8 of 2020 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Sub Court), Tirunelveli confirming the fair and decreetal order, dated 26.06.2020 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in RCOP.No.7 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli.

2. This Court by order, dated 23.03.2022 directed the petitioner to deposit the 50% of the I.A amount i.e., a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the Court concerned on or before 11.04.2022 and directed the Registry to post the matter on 12.04.2022.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner reported dead and the cost is also not paid. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
