O R D E R This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.No.812 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2.The petitioner is charged for the offences under Sections 468, 420, 120 B, and 471 IPC in C.C.No.812 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

3.Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) accepts notice for the first respondent. 4.The petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4499 of 2019 seeking to quash C.C.No.126 of 2018 and the same was dismissed by this Court after elaborately hearing both sides. In the present petition, the petitioner seeks to quash C.C.No.812 of 2022, which is also filed on the same set of allegations.

5.On going through the records and after hearing both sides, this Court is of the view that nothing has been mentioned in the present petition, other than the grounds raised in the earlier petition. I find no reason to entertain this petition and the same deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
