PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the second and third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his wife and children without following the due process of law based on his representation dated 10.03.2021. ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition for not to harass at the hands of the third respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases. Therefore, the third respondent initiated the proceedings as contemplated under Section 110 of Criminal Procedure Code and it is pending against the petitioner. Without co-operating with the proceedings initiated by the third respondent, the petitioner now filed this petition for not to harass at the hands of the third respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 4303 of 2021 3.In view of the same, the relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
