O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1534 of 2014 dated 25.08.2014 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, to appear before the respondent police once in a month on the first Monday at 10.30 a.m till the filling of charge sheet.

2.The petitioner were granted anticipatory bail for the offence of Section 420 IPC by the District and Sessions Judge, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.737 of 2014 directing them to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, at 10.30 a.m on all working days. Later it was modified on 2.7.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.1076 of 2014 directing them to appear once in a week before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy. The same was further modified on 25.08.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.1534 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 2014 directing them to appear every month on first Monday at 10.30. a.m till the filing of charge sheet.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition for the past one year. The petitioners find difficult to comply with the condition.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition.

5.Considering the submissions made on both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioners by the lower court is relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
