This petition has been filed for a direction to withdraw and transfer the P.R.C.No.49 of 2016 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel to the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor or any other Court in Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is at the stage of committal and prays for transfer of case.

4. Since the case is at the stage of committal, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Magistrate and on the appearance of the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to commit the case on the day itself without giving any adjournment.
