ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to re-investigate the case in crime No.126 of 2012 on his file and file fresh final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that final report has been filed by the respondent police in this case and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.398 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur. Thereafter charges were framed and the trial has also commenced and PW 1 to 4 have already been examined in this case.

3. Under these circumstance no further orders can be passed by this Court in this petition. Hence the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
