ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner are arrayed as accused Nos.1, 2 and 4. They were arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 03.02.2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.30 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.

2.The petitioners herein have been arrested for criminal breach of trust and cheating the de-facto complainant to the tune of Rs.12,09,000/-. The First Information Report reveals that these https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.4293 of 2020 petitioners alone cheated the de-facto complainant by promising the loan for his dairy development to the tune of Rs.1,00,00,000/- and collected a total sum of Rs.12,00,000/- as advance and later gave him papers appear to be of Indian currency.

3.Since the investigation is at nascent stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
