This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner to visit his 2 1/2 years old minor son at Hyderabad as per the order passed in G.W.O.P.No.13 of 2014, by the Family Court, Madurai, dated 09.02.2015 as a natural guardian.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
